Terms of Service / Client Agreement

MUST READ & AGREE BEFORE PAYMENT

1. Services

We provide website design, development, and related digital services for businesses. The exact scope of work, including number of pages, features, and timeline, will be discussed and agreed upon before the project begins.

2. Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any work begins on a project. This deposit secures your project in our schedule and covers initial planning, design, and development work. The remaining 50% payment must be completed before the website is launched, transferred, or made publicly accessible. If the final payment is not received, we reserve the right to withhold the website, restrict access, or pause services until full payment has been completed.

3. Project Timeline Project

timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of the website. Clients agree to provide requested content, images, logos, and feedback in a timely manner to keep the project moving forward. If a client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 days, the project may be considered inactive. Restarting the project may require additional fees.

4. Revisions Reasonable

revisions are included during the design process. Requests that go beyond the agreed project scope or excessive revision requests may require additional charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing all necessary content such as business information, text, images, logos, and other materials needed to build the website. The client also confirms they have the legal right to use any content they provide.

6. Ownership
Full ownership of the final website design and files will transfer to the client only after the project has been fully paid for.
Until the final payment has been received, all design work, files, and website content remain the property of the service provider.
7. Portfolio Rights
We reserve the right to display completed website projects in our portfolio, marketing materials, and website as examples of our work.
8. Website Hosting & Maintenance
Unless otherwise specified in writing, website hosting, updates, maintenance, and security are the responsibility of the client after the website has been delivered.
Maintenance and support services may be offered separately if requested.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for business losses, lost profits, or damages that may result from website downtime, technical issues, third-party services, or changes in search engine rankings.
10. Project Cancellation
If a project is canceled after work has begun, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable as it covers time and resources already invested in the project.
11. Agreement
By hiring our services or beginning a project with us, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
If a separate written agreement is signed for a specific project, that agreement will take priority over these terms.
